Proforma History & Recognition
Proforma was founded with the intent to assist businesses in
doing business better. Utilizing a One Source. Infinite Resources
approach, Proforma was developed into a management consultant, solutions
provider and product supplier in the areas of print, promotional
products/apparel, marketing/communications, multimedia, social media,
web design/visibility, translation/interpretation services and
technology for global and national clients. Their unique approach
guarantees a minimum cost savings of 16% for a full print management
program. These programs streamline workflow solutions and increase
process efficiencies while eliminating obsolescence and waste through
product, services and technology. To date, they have achieved no less
than 25% and as high as 59% for some of their Fortune 700 clients.
These innovative solutions have allowed Proforma clients to recognize
large operating cost savings.
Proforma uses Six Sigma and S.M.A.R.T. Methodologies as well
as Project Management Principles to drive out costs. Their approach has
gained recognition as finalist for "Technology Innovator of the Year" in
both 2007 and 2008 for multiple technology solutions. The only one in
their industry. They developed online processes to help automate global
2000 companies which included e-commerce platforms offering over 160
languages, marketing platforms, training and communication platforms and
translation capabilities to name a few.
In 2010, Proforma recognized the need and established online
and product solutions for small businesses. These efforts were
recognized by Startup American Partnership with their inclusion of
Proforma to the Startup America Initiative.
